Created after Nationalsocialistisk front (The National Socialist Front) was disbanded in 2008 but unlike NSF this political party was more nationalistic in general and not national socialist

2008 (Name change)
After someone from the left-wing created a party in some municipality also called Folkfronten just so this party could not join the elections they changed name to Svenskarnas Parti (Party of the Swedes) but had the same political views
